Tekno’s ‘Pana’ still sitting pretty at top of charts for another week!

Tekno’s ‘Pana’ is still Nigerian music lovers’ favourite occupying yet for another week the  title of the most played song on Nigerian radio for a sixth week in a row, according to Playdata.

The week starting October 3, 2016  sees new entrants in Falz’ ‘Soft work’. Timaya’s ‘Bang bang’ and Tiwa Savage’s ‘Bad’ featuring Wizkid.

Sean Tizzle’s ‘Hit n run’ featuring Tory Lanez, Adekunle Gold’s ‘Ariwo ko’, and 9ice’s ‘Economy’ all exit the chart.

21 weeks on the Playdata Radio Chart sees  Phyno’s ‘Fada fada’ featuring Olamide retain its number four position, Psquare’s ‘Bank alert’ remains at number two position for the second week, Joe EL’s ‘Do Good’ maintains its number three position for the second week.

The Playdata radio chart is based on measurements from impressions gathered from radio stations in Lagos and a couple of other cities across the country. The monitoring service puts together the most played songs on radio for the past week on its top 10 chart.

Falz’s ‘Soft work’ debuts at number five, Kiss Daniel’s ‘Jombo’ moves up three places to number 6 position.

Patoranking’s single ‘No kissing baby’ featuring Sarkodie moves up a spot to to number seven.

Timaya’s ‘Bang bang’ enters the chart occupying number eight position, Major Lazer’s ‘Cold water’ featuring pop singer Justin Bieber slips to number nine and finally Tiwa Savage’s ‘Bad’ featuring Wizkid occupies the number 10 slot.
